Shop Policies

I offer a variety of products, each with a different turn around time. Please read the item description for complete details.

Processing time for RTS orders can take 2-4 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a shipping notification.

Custom Orders:

Any items labeled as a pre-order will have complete details within the listing. 

Please allow for a slight delay in processing time for promotional items. I fulfill all orders myself. I will move as fast as possible.

All shipping is calculated by weight and distance through the USPS. 

I offer free local pick-up near the Commerce/Walled Lake, MI area. Use code ShopLocal at checkout. The location will be confirmed after your order is placed. (I have a few options) Once your order has been processed and is complete you will receive a notification.

I cannot refund custom orders once they have been processed. 

 I do not accept cancellations on items that have already been processed.

I do not accept returns. If an item comes damaged or is defective, I will replace it within 7 days. The items will need to be returned back to me within 10 days of delivery before I can process a replacement.

I cannot exchange or except returns for jewelry.

I will exchange non-custom, apparel items for a different size within 7 days. Returns must be shipped within 10 days.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. All exchanges must be returned new and in the original condition as they were received. Please take care when shipping items back. 

All close out and sale items are final sale.
